Sports Massage

For active people: loosening, stretching and boosting circulation after training and exertion.

The treatment

What to expect

Sports massage combines firm massage techniques with passive stretching. It focuses on the muscle groups you use most – such as your legs after running or your shoulders after strength training.

Many people find it especially beneficial in the evening after training or on the rest day that follows.

Good for

  • Sore muscles and heavy legs
  • Recovery after training, competitions or long hikes
  • Better mobility through stretching
  • Preparing for an intense training phase
