Frequently asked questions
Where do the treatments take place?
At your home, hotel or office – in District 1, 2 (Thảo Điền, An Khánh), 3, 7 and Bình Thạnh. Other districts on request.
What do I need to prepare?
A quiet room, a comfortable place to lie down – your bed, for example – and a pleasant room temperature. We bring towels and oils.
How do I pay?
Payment is made after the treatment. We're happy to tell you the available payment methods when we confirm your appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else.
Who will do my treatment?
A certified massage therapist from the Lily's Home Spa team, chosen to suit your treatment. If you prefer a female or male therapist, just let us know when you book.
Can two people be treated at the same time?
Yes, on request – two therapists will then come at the same time. Just mention it in your request.
Which languages do you speak?
You can contact us in English and Vietnamese.
When should I not have a massage?
If you have a fever, an acute infection, a fresh injury or inflammation. If you're pregnant, have thrombosis or a serious illness, please talk to us and your doctor first.
