We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have under Vietnamese data protection law (the Law on Personal Data Protection, in force since 1 January 2026, and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP).

2. What data we process
When you send a booking request
- Name, phone number or Zalo/WhatsApp contact
- Address for the home visit
- Requested treatment, date and time
- Any notes you choose to provide
Health information: Information about discomfort, pregnancy or illnesses is considered especially sensitive. Please only share it as far as it is needed for a safe treatment. We use it for that purpose only.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider stores technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date, time, page visited) for a short period to keep the website running securely. We use no cookies and no tracking. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your booking request and to arrange and carry out your appointment. The legal basis is the consent you give in the booking form and the performance of the agreed appointment. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
4. Sending your request via WhatsApp, Zalo or email
Our website does not store the form data. When you click “WhatsApp”, “Zalo” or “Email”, the respective app opens with your prepared message; it is only sent when you tap “Send” there. The privacy policies of the respective provider also apply to this transmission (WhatsApp: Meta Platforms; Zalo: VNG Corporation; email: your email provider and Google/Gmail). Data may also be processed on servers outside Vietnam.
5. Google Maps
The map in the contact section only loads when you click “Load map”. Only then is a connection to Google established; among other things, your IP address and information about your browser are transmitted to Google, including to servers outside Vietnam.
6. Sharing
So that the treatment can take place, we share your name, phone number, address, appointment and notes with the therapist who takes on your appointment. Our therapists are bound to confidentiality and use the data only for this appointment.
Beyond that, we do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties, except to the services mentioned above or where we are legally required to do so.
7. Retention
We store your contact and appointment data for as long as we are in contact with you and delete it no later than 12 months after your last appointment, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices) apply.
