Lily's Home Spa, 5 Tống Hữu Định, An Khánh, TP. Hồ Chí Minh (“we”).
Your contractual partner is exclusively Lily's Home Spa. The treatment is carried out by a certified therapist selected and engaged by us.
2. Services
We offer wellness and relaxation massages as home visits. Our massages are not medical treatment and do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy. You can find descriptions of the individual therapies on the Therapies page.
3. Booking request and confirmation
A request via the website, Zalo, WhatsApp, email or phone is not yet a binding booking. The appointment is only confirmed once we have explicitly confirmed it to you.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website at the time of confirmation apply, in Vietnamese đồng (₫). Fresh towels and oils are included in the price. For home visits outside our service area, we will tell you about any surcharge in advance. Payment is made after the treatment.
5. Cancelling and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else. There are no cancellation fees.
If the scheduled therapist is unable to come (e.g. due to illness), we will send an equally qualified replacement where possible. If that is not possible, we will let you know as early as possible and offer you a new appointment. We take a preference for a female or male therapist into account wherever possible.
6. Delays
If we arrive late, you will still receive the full booked treatment time. If the start is delayed on your side, the treatment will be shortened accordingly if another appointment follows; the full price remains payable.
7. Health and your cooperation
Please inform us before the treatment about any discomfort, illnesses, allergies or a pregnancy. We may decline or adapt a treatment if we do not consider it safe.
8. Respect and boundaries
We offer exclusively professional, non-sexual massage. In the event of inappropriate behaviour or such requests, we will end the treatment immediately; the full price becomes payable.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. We accept no liability for the consequences of health conditions that were not disclosed to us.
